Welcome everyone, I hope that you are doing alright and life is treating you good. I figure I will turn back the clock a little bit and start blogging the old fashion way on a blogger blog. I did this for many years and really had a lot of fun doing it. Sometimes I probably wrote a little more than I should have. One thing I didn't do was talking about photography. Most people had no idea I knew how to use a camera. There was a reason for that. For about ten years of my life I went without a camera. Yes, some people go through some bad times in life and those ten years were not the best for me. But, life goes on and the road that gets us to where we are today may not have been the one we chose. I am thankful for my path thought.
I wonder if I still can figure out how to set up a blog? I use to enjoy helping people design their websites and blogs and would redesign mine once a month it seems. I am not too interested in doing that now, I just want a place to write and post some photos. I always have more to say than what I say on Facebook or Instagram. I am definitely gonna give it a try and see how it works.
I can photograph just about any situation. I photograph weddings, portraits, sports, landscapes, weather, etc. I don't get to do it as often as I would like, but I never give up trying to get more work in. That is a marketing thing that I have never been too good at. I still try though. A lot of my photos were captured in places that I was at because I had no where else to be, some because I was chasing a storm and some because I was fleeing a storm. Some were unexpected and some were definitely planned. With each comes a story though. Hopefully you will take the time to read a few of them.
